In-Store Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition, accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Discounted items, special orders, altered pieces (including ring and watch sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit.

Affirm Purchases: Please note, all purchases made with Affirm, including those part of promotional offers or exclusive sales, are subject to a final sale policy. We encourage our customers to review their selections carefully before finalizing their purchases with Affirm to ensure satisfaction with every order.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchase only.

Holiday Extended Exchange Policy

Any items purchased during December 2024 and indicated as gifts are eligible for exchange until January 12th, 2025.

1.Eligibility: This extended exchange policy applies only to items purchased during December 2024 and clearly indicated as gifts at the time of purchase.

2.Exchange Deadline: Eligible items can be exchanged until January 12th, 2025.

3.Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4.Exclusions: Custom-made, engraved, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

5.Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Price adjustments are not applicable.

6.Policy Changes: Raffi Jewellers reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time.
